J. Crew collaborates with sunglasses company Marchon
J.Crew's collaborative designs will now include stylish pairs of sunglasses.
J.Crew is no stranger to partnerships; its portfolio of collaborations includes Play Comme des Garçons, Timex, Catbird and T-shirts by Canadian illustrator Donald Robertson. Now, the preppy-meets-hipster retailer is teaming up with eyewear company Marchon in a new category: sunglasses. The frames are made entirely by hand, the lenses are scratch-resistant and the hinges are designed by J.Crew executive creative director and president (and glasses-wearer) Jenna Lyons. Five bold styles will be available for women this spring.Shown above: Betty, Ryan, Sam, Irving and Jill sunglasses, $128 to $168, jcrew.com .
