Every June 8th is
World Oceans Day, founded in 2008 by the
United Nations General Assembly, in response to the growing awareness that the ocean - covering 70 per cent of the earth's surface - is as fragile and responsive to climate change as our land environment. Nobody like a Debbie Downer, so I won't get into the ocean woes that keep me up at night. However, below are 5

SeaChoice mobile app (also Suzuki-approved) to double-check my choices.

1. Prosciutto-Wrapped Fish Super yum, super easy, and you can use either Pacific cod, catfish, tilapia (US-farmed) or rainbow trout - all guilt-free options. Because of the prosciutto, even fish haters will eat this. Avoid farmed fish from South America and Asia - check for US- or Canada-farmed.
