Method
In food processor, purée pizza sauce with chipotle pepper until smooth.
Arrange pitas on rimmed baking sheet; spread sauce over pitas. Top with chicken, Monterey Jack cheese, red pepper and green onions.
Bake in 450°F (230°C) oven until cheese is bubbly and golden, about 10 minutes.
